Open Question: I have a ton of muscle pain?

This past week I attended a figure skating camp for 3 days. We did a TON of stretching, running, and a few hours of skating. Unlike a lot of the other skaters I stayed after the camp and skated at least 2 additional hours. The last day I skated over 6 hours and I did a lot of spinning and jumping. I'm pretty skinny (I'm 14 and weigh 110 pounds) and I don't exercise a whole lot so it didn't surprise me when I woke up the next day with severe muscle pain. But it is so bad that I can barely walk and it takes me forever to walk up and down stairs. The worst pain is in my thighs, just gently touching them hurts. Do you think that I should go to the doctor? Could I have some sort of muscle tear? Or should I just wait it out and not do a lot of physical activity? Also, do you think a cold bath would help?...
