Open Question: Where can I find knock off Chloe Noel figure skating pants?

i've been searching all over for cheap(er) skating pants. i would love to have some for shows and practices. right now, i wear skating tights and shorts, and that's fine, but i would like something a little warmer, and a little more figure skater-ish. i love the Chloe Noel brand, but the cheapest I found them was 40... plus tax brought it up to 54. i'm in desperate need of some type of knock off or a website that holds them for less! i tried Kinzies closet, but that wasn't cheap when the tax was included. please help!...
